The Rochester Red Wings Official Store is committed to fan satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit the Red Wings Team Store at Innovative Field to obtain a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
